Ambassador

The Ambassador role serves a narrowly defined local area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission on a very limited, part-time basis less than 15 hours a week.  The Ambassador is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.

Area Representative

The Representative works to fulfill the FCA Vision and pursue the FCA Mission implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. In the FCA Sports Environments opens a pdf file, the Representative ensures there is a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples.

Area Director

The Director is responsible for growing the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director works to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live the FCA Values by developing and executing a ministry plan for the assigned area.
